The township of Highlands East is now taking drop-off ballots ahead of the municipal election deadline.
With the municipal election process coming to an end on Monday, voters in Highlands East can drop off their ballots in Wilberforce. The town announced that you can drop off your ballot to the municipal office during regular business hours between now and Monday. Monday being the election day, you will be able to drop off your ballot from 9:00am to 8:00pm when the polls close.
If you have not gotten your ballot by now it is important to contact the municipal office and get it sent to you. Many municipal officials urge that the outcome of this election will have an impact on permanent and seasonal residents.
