Police are investigating a crash between a snowmobile and car in Haliburton Village.
Haliburton Highlands OPP says it happened around 4:41 p.m. on Thursday, at County Rd. 21 and Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs trail B103.
Constable Michael Melnychuk says one person was taken to a medical facility with minor injuries, and a 16-year-old was charged with disobeying a sign under the Motorized Snow Vehicle Act. He adds that no further identification can be shared at this time because of one party’s age.
