The Ontario 2016 budget has been approved and local MPP Laurie Scott is worried about rural communities like Haliburton County.
Local Accountant Hugh Nicholl says Ontario now has the highest amount of debt in the county.
Nicholl says Ontario is $3 billion in debt.
