One person has been seriously injured in a snowmobile crash in Dysart et al.
That’s according to Haliburton Highlands OPP, which is asking for witnesses to come forward.
Police say a single snowmobile crashed on Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs trail E, south of Waxwing Drive, around 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. The rider was taken to a medical facility with serious injuries.
Officials remind that snowmobiling is done in unpredictable and uncontrollable natural environments, and to be cautious at all times.
