Highway 35 is closed both ways from Taylor Road to Horseshoe Lake Road as officials deal with a propane leak.
Minden Hills Fire Chief Shain Duda says it’s a 400-pound tank, so they’ve evacuated a home and a business as a precaution while they safely disperse the gas.
Duda says detours are available via Horsehoe Lake Road, Bobcaygeon Road, Highway 118, and County Road 21.
He says they hope to reopen the road within a few hours.
