If you live alongside HWY 35 you may have have some water disruptions on Thursday.
The Township of Minden Hills says watermain maintenance is scheduled to take place that day, with the affected area expected to be from Booth Street to the nd of the watermain North of County Road 21. Officials say addresses 84 to 90 may also be affected.
They add reduced water pressure, or even a complete loss of water for a short period of time may happen for residents and businesses.
The shutdown is planned to take place early in the day to limit disruption to businesses.
Officials say staff will make every effort to avoid complete water loss, however it may be necessary for the repair to take place.
They’re asking anyone who sees discolouration in their water to run their faucets until it clears.
